Just wanted to give you'all an update! (Plus, this board needs to get moving, lol!)
I lost another 2 lbs! Hooray! However, it took me a whole month to lose it because I have been going through a tough time dealing with DD. I am also working a bit on some minor PPD- so I consider 2lbs a month to still be progress.
All total I have lost 7lbs in 3 months (the first month I GAINED 5 due to eating everything in sight and not sleeping at all, so I had to lose that again). I can fit into ONE pair of my old 'FAT' jeans, which I am really happy about, but one pair of jeans is not going to cut it! lol. I can also fit into a few of my old tops, although since I am bustier, I'm not planning on wearing most of them anymore. Yoga pants are still my best friend!
I have been watching what I eat, and just recently have been trying a lot harder to eat more fruits and veggies and drinking only water. I am still walking 3x a week for an hr or so, and this past weekend I just started hiking again!
How you all doing on your weightloss/fitness? Can you fit back into your prepregnancy clothing yet?
Hey, 2 lbs is great! I keep losing and gaining hte same 2 lbs! Yea, I finally broke down and bought some FAT jeans because DH thought I was dressing like a bum all the time...which I was, but hey I was/am fat!
I wish I could say that I know how much I weigh but my kids broke my scale and I keep forgetting to buy a new one. I think I have lost a it more because in the last week my 18s are getting too big. I just haven't had the guts to try my 16s. My 10s are a goal for Christmas.
On a funny note the last time I got on the scale it said that I weighed 20lbs! Now I want to lose weight but wouldn't that be a bit extreme?
WTG....I am weighing in at 122, I want to be 118 so I am almost there. My workouts aren't great but I have been watching what I eat. my prepreggo clothes finally fit and some of my jeans are even a little big! woot! of course there is one par that is still on the tight side too so IDK what is up with that LOL
