Wondering if anybody here has done a cleanse or uses any kind of supplements I never have but wondering if anybody has, if it worked for them and what u did.

I've never done a cleanse and do you mean fat burners as far as supplements go?

I used to take Hydroxycut but had an anxiety attack on the highway and almost crashed so I don't take them anymore. It curbed my appetite and gave me energy though but so does the low carb/high fat way of eating which has been a miracle for my health and weight loss goals.

Bad reaction to hydroxycut here too, but Shaklee makes a Glucose regulator of some kind, which worked very well for me personally because I often eat due to low blood sugar

yeah, we were talking about it on another forum I'm on and I was surprised at the amount of girls that were taking diet pills and suppliments like hydroxycut
