tomorrow i am so excited i have heard tons of great reviews..... you can lose up to alot of weight but its strict i haev 100lbs to lose

I don't know much about that diet. Is it the one where you can barely eat? I've heard a lot of success stories with it but how do you eat after you have lost the weight?
