I need to lose 50kg/100lb to get to my 'ideal weight' for my height (which is 5'0)... I've started feeling sore lately, and am having difficulty hauling my butt off the floor, so decided I REALLY NEED to do something about it.. for my health & for my girls.. so here I am!

& have enlisted in the help of my sister who is a personal trainer, to help encourage me & give me pointers on what I can do. I had success with Weight Watchers about 3 years ago, so I can hopefully follow an 'unofficial' type of WW program....
I have no motivation, I am lazy & I eat very badly - so there is a lot to change.. but it has to be done, that's pretty much what it comes down to!
