Okay I went shopping today with the intention of eating healthier to help drop the last 30lbs I want to lose. So I have some meals planned out - do these sound good?
For breakfasts:
Crackliln' Oat Bran with 1% milk
OR
egg omlet with tomatoes, spinach, onions, and mushrooms
Lunches and dinners:
grilled chicken or grilled tilapia (I am actually going to try and eat some seafood for a change LOL)
steamed green beans, steamed corn, or spinach and mandarin orange salad with sunflower seeds
Snacks;
Lite popcorn
pistachio nuts
baby carrots with ranch
oranges
strawberries
I am realllllllly hoping this works! I am cutting out all soda and junk food. The only junkie beverage I am allowing myself is my standard 2 cups of coffee a day but I bought the lite non dairy creamer this time lol. Does this sound good and balanced? I want to lose the weight, but I am still BFing so I want to do it in a way that won't affect my Kare bear....
