Day 1, so far so good! Though I am writing this at 11pm and I am starving LOL my legs and arms are aching also but its worth it

I've been going to start this diet for weeks and finally I decided to stop making excuses and go for it!
Breakfast: Egg sunny side up on whole meal toast tiniest bit of meadow lea margarine x2 xantrax
Snack: apple and x2 xantrax
Lunch: sorj whole meal wrap with grilled chicken, lettuce and tomato x1 xantrax

Snack: protein shake x1 xantrax
Dinner: grilled steak, broccoli and silver beet
Exercise: 45 minute walk at medium pace and pushing double pram, work out on ab swing.
drinks: at least 2 litres of water ONLY! wooot!
