Goal #1: Get back down to Pre-Prego Weight before Ethan's First Bday, May 25th (-35lbs)
Goal #2: Get back down to Wedding Weight (-10 more lbs)
Ultimate Goal: Weigh what I *should* weigh (-20 or 30 more lbs)
I started eating healthy on Monday (1/3/10).
My official weigh in's will be on Sunday's.
So far I am just eating 1200 calories a day or less. I've been drinking 1 Slim fast per day and drinking a lot of water.
I want to look good this summer!!
It hasn't been to hard, which shocks me because the first week is always the toughest for me!
(1/9/10) Week 1 Weight Loss: Loss of 6 lbs

I am sticking to my diet. I ordered four boxes of girl scout cookes a couple months ago and forgot about it. I just got them on Monday and I have been eating some, dang it. Normally I could prob eat a whole box, so I am not to worried. I will weigh in again on Sunday 1/16/10. I think this week will prob only be a lb or two loss but thats awesome still!
WTG! I like your plan of action here! Splitting it up is wise. And not as stressful!
You can do it. I love this board because I think us ladies need some rooting on! And I am definitely going to be like a non obnoxious cheerleader for us lol
I definitely need to learn portion control... It doesn't help when DH tries to make my plates... UGH He knows I'm a fatty on the inside and he loads up my plate! I'm like HEY YOU KNOW I'M TRYING TO "DIET". lol
Well, I usually do my weigh ins on Sundays but I have to work Sat night and I will be up all night drinking water, so I know my weight wont be accurate b/c of that. So I will prob weigh on Sat morn or Mon Morn..havent decided yet. I dont think Ive lost much this week but thats ok!
