I just weighed myself & have lost 1.4kg / 3lb in 5 days! My weigh in day is Friday (Thursday in the US), but I couldn't resist stepping on today to see how I'm going... and I was so excited to see that I'd lost over 1kg / 2.2lb! I'm feeling really proud of myself!

YAY!!!!! Those first few pounds I think are pretty hard to loose but now that you know what you are doing is working it shouldn't be too hard Congrats!
