I am beginning my new start on my weight loss journy on 1/17/2011 Going to start the day off with working out after a healthy breakfast I want to lose as much as possible by the first weigh in of March (DH will be home around this time). Please encourage me, scold me, guilt me, whatever it takes to help me stay on track!!!! TIA ladies!
AHHHHH! I can't believe I am putting this out there for everyone to see, but maybe these horrible pics will help keep me motivated.....these are pics of me in a bikini I used to wear before my last two kiddos. The last time I wore it was about 3 yrs ago when I was barely 130lbs, but here I am squeezing into it for pics to post on the internet at 158lbs (wow I must be INSANE). Okay, hopefully the after pics will be better......

Yay, good for you. I read somewhere that housework burns about 160 calories per hour. I would guess more for things like carpet cleaning and vaccuming.

O.....M.....G.......After seeing these I just want to crawl under a rock and die.....how did I ever let myself get like this???! This is definitely a reality check - it is amazing how many defects you can hide under clothing but not when you are in a bikini that is too small lol!

I think your body shape is beautiful. No need to feel like crawling under a rock to hide. You'll get your body back to where you are comfortable. Love that bikini too. I wish I could wear one.
^^LOL - yeah I have too many of those curves haha! Thanks for the encouraging words though ladies Y'all are great!
