let's start the week out right!

Today I did 30 minutes of dancing in my mirror and switching it up with upper and lower body exercises with 10lbs dumbbells.
Those of you that do not know what to do as far as a workout goes or just haven't worked out in a while and want to start of slow, try this little workout below. If you can't do 10 pushups then just do as many as you can even if it's just 1 or try doing them at an incline against a wall or couch.
Do 2 or 3 sets. Start with jumping jacks and go directly into pushups. That is 1 set. Rest for 30 seconds ( it's ok if you need more time to recover) and start over for another set.
Also, if you can't jump for whatever reason, just move your arms like the jumping jack motion and move side to side.

10 pushups (on your knees is Ok!)
