Ok...so I figured I might as well start a weight loss journal.
I am going to post my weight loss, as well as my weight loss goals.
My weight loss goals are as follows.
Before our trip to Florida (February 4th) lose 10 lbs. - baby weight gone
After that lose another 50 lbs. Get to a healthy body weight for my age.
I will track my progress in this post, but will make other comments and posts as I need to vent, or have great weight loss ideas and recipe's.
I will also record any exercise that I do...for a bit it will be nothing, as I'm waiting to get my new wii fit board...unless there is shovelling to do, which it seems like there always is.
January 3rd - Joined Weight Watchers.

January 10th - weigh in...loss of 4 lbs
January 17th - weigh in...loss of 2.2 lbs
