You can do it!!!

I hate working out. I woke up this morning dreading going to the gym.... I don't even go until 6:30pm. Once I go though, I feel soooo much better. I am also EBFing and understand your constant hunger. I feel like I eat and an hour later I am starving again. My body holds onto fat while BFing, but as soon as I stop it falls off. My weight loss has been a slow progress but the self-confidence is worth it. Good Luck!!!
