Blah....I just need to complain for a moment and I am sure you ladies will understand. My left knee is so messed up! I have had issues with it on and off for years and a couple weeks ago I slipped on the ice, I caught myself and didn't fall but I guess it still aggravated it, it hurts so bad, it's swollen and I feel old LOL Cardio is out of the question!!! it is annoying me! I am pretty sure I have ligament damage that has been there for a long time, too many years of gymnastics and tumbling when I was younger and then add in working out and cardio and I think it is just shot! I really need to go to a dr and have an MRI I think but I hate going to the dr, ironic being that I am a nurse LOL but I just don't want them to tell me they have to surgically fix it! I can't afford to be on crutches until it heals but at the same time I can't continue hobbling around like an 80 yr old woman either! blah, blah, blah rant over! on a good note I have been lifting weights still but focusing on my upper body, squats are completely out of the question!!! I am going to give it until Monday and if it still feels this bad and swollen I am gonna just have to bit the bullet and make an appointment *sigh*
