After almost 3 weeks I've lost 3kg/7lb.... I did my official 'starting weight' after I'd already been doing my exercise/eating/etc for 4 days, so I will have lost a little more than that... My weigh day is Friday & on Thursday's I'm usually feeling pretty blah & not really wanting to continue, but then seeing the numbers going down on Friday morning, it puts me right back up there as far as motivation goes
Thats a good strategy to keep your motivation alive!
I know how it can be to be blah by the end of the week. I LOVE food, so I constantly want to quit but I do the same as you, just step on the scale and I see the progress I've made so far and I just want to stick with it to see if I really can do it.
