After almost 3 weeks I've lost 3kg/7lb.... I did my official 'starting weight' after I'd already been doing my exercise/eating/etc for 4 days, so I will have lost a little more than that... My weigh day is Friday & on Thursday's I'm usually feeling pretty blah & not really wanting to continue, but then seeing the numbers going down on Friday morning, it puts me right back up there as far as motivation goes
LOL now only like... 45kg to go
