The past two mornings I have gotten up and used my elliptical! Granted it was only for 10mins each time, but it's a start!

YAY!!! I am going to use mine for the first time tonight - I hope I can make it through the 30min pre-set workout lol....probably not though

way to go! so much better than nothing! I haven't got any exercise machines at home but am really considering getting something, especially with winter coming up, and I know I'm more likely to not hit the pavement because it's cold
