Yesterday I had to take a break from exerecising to make 5 dozen deviled eggs and 96 sandwiches for a memorial service at our church so I didn't have time to exercise between that and houswork. I ate more than I normally do too (I think I got somewhere around 1200 calories from what I counted). I weighed myself this morning just for fun and I have lost .2lbs (I know it isn't a lot, but the scale hasn't changed for me for DAYS). So I guess if I up my calories then I will start to lose again. I think I am going to have to count calories because so much of the healthy stuff is so low calorie that I will have to make sure I am eating enough to reach at least 1200 cal a day...anyway, thanks for the advice because I think it just may push me out of my weight loss slump
