I know I was on and off this board for awhile in the first few months. I am pleased to announce that since Liam's birth I have lost 32 pounds, with 23 remaining to get to pre-preg status (yes, I gained THAT much. shhhhh.).
I started bootcamp almost 3 weeks ago and go 4 days a week. DF and I started eating way healthier. We switched to eating just fish instead of meats, and are trying to eat mostly raw foods for awhile, nothing processed, or at least foods that we cook ourselves. No desserts. No sodas. Good carbs only.
It is working really well! I have quite a bit more energy (don't depend on coffee...only on Sundays and just one cup!), AND, today was the first day since my pregnancy I went to work without a shapewear tank top underneath my shirt
The only downside is that I don't like my wedding dress anymore! I am hoping to be able to exchange it for something more fitting....
