so this week I lost 1.4kg/3lb again which is a total of 5.7kg/12.6lb!!!! I can't believe it really, usually after a couple of weeks I'm back to my old tricks, but this time does seem to be different.....

Right now I'm battling with whether to exercise today or not i know i'll feel like poop if I don't, but I have an ear infection & feel like poop anyway

You're doing great! That stinks about the ear infection though, maybe you could just do a "light" exercise? Thats what I do when I have to exercise but don't want to, LOL, like just going out for a short walk.

thanks ladies... luckily the ear infection is getting better & i've been able to exercise as normal... even if on Sunday it was just TOO hot to even think about exercising
