This is my journal to motivate myself to stay on track for the next 2 weeks until DH comes home

I am trying to stay on a 1200 cal diet and make sure that my calories out are more than my calories in

All workouts are on the elliptical unless otherwise noted...
2/19/2011:
30 min 405 cal - morning
30 min 408 cal - afternoon
30 min 407 cal - evening
Total: 90 min 1220 cal!!!

Dropped the ball because I had errands to run and Connor (2yo) got sick
2/21/2011:
30 min 425 cal - morning
Postnatal bootcamp DVD I think about 350-400 cal - afternoon
30 min 407 cal - evening
Total: 90 min 1232 cal!! I am so happy because myfitnesspal.com said if I did this every day I would reach 133.4lbs in only 5 weeks! I really only want reach my short term goal of a 7lb loss right now though, but I think I am definitely going to be 130lbs by June/July
