I am getting married 7/11/11 in Jamaica and would like to lose 25lbs!
I started February 10 on the Special K diet. (DF bought the protein shakes cuz I mentioned it, so might as well!)
Also, not taking in anymore than 1200 calories a day.
I was:
108lbs when I met DF
115lbs when I got prego w/Levi
160 when Levi was born
and have been at 140 since then
My goal is to get back to 115 by July!
In the last 12 days, I lost 5lbs...
Weigh in 2/21 - 135lbs
Weigh in 3/5 - 130lbs - Had a little help from a stomach virus but I'll take it!! losing 10 pounds feels
great! Can't wait to lose 10 more
Weigh in 3/15 - 128lbs - LOVE my 1200 cal diet. I am obsessed with counting on myfitnesspal.com!
Weigh in 3/28 - 125lbs
Weigh in 4/15 - 123lbs
Weigh in 5/11 - 121lbs

I need motivation!!!!!!!!!! I am stuck at 121! Sorta fell off the wagon. w/Easter, Mother's Day, Graduation, Baptism and 3 bdays in the last couple of weeks there has been lots of cake, candy, and goodies! lol HELPPPP!
Just jump back on the wagon! the last few lbs are the hardest to lose anyway! Just go back to healthy eating and boost your workout a little and they will come off! stick with it! you can do it Amanda!
