So I have been using Advocare products for a little while now and I wanted to share them with you guys. I feel soooooo much better...more energy, leaner, etc... I have not noticed the pounds falling off but I am pretty certain that is because I am still BF. I have lost inches and notice my clothes feeling looser so I know something is working. The products are all 100% natural...not like diet pills. They make four different lines of products: Trim, Active, Well, and Preformance Elite. There are things for men and women. I have been using the Trim line. The meal replacement shakes are delish and filling. I have also tried the energy drinks and snack bars...both really good. I am posting the link to my distributor site if you want to check it out. They have this thing called the 24-day Challenge. You do a 14-day cleanse (no you won't have to live in the bathroom!) and then you start the Trim products. It comes all together in a package with your eating plan and what supplements to take when. It is all safe while nursing except for the cleanse so I have not been able to do the 24-day challenge yet. I plan to do it after I am done BF.
