So I started weight watchers almost 3 weeks ago (main objective: to look nice in a bikini), and the 1st week I lost 4lbs. I was so excited! The second week I lost only 1.4 lbs, but hey it's something. I can't wait for weigh in on Sunday because I know I HAD to have lost another 2 lbs at least! I would recommend weight watchers for anyone who is looking for a lifestyle change.
I'm also doing like 50 squats per day...taking it slow. lol. I need to tone up the hind quarters if you know what I mean...
