I just now saw that there was a weight loss part on the Junebug section and thought I would ask you all for some help.
My hubby and I have recently (2 weeks ago) started eating right and exercising daily only taking Sundays off. I have lost 10 pounds so far but my body just doesn't want to lose any more. This is what we do:
M,W,F- We go running. We eat 2 full bars, one for breakfast and one for lunch, and a healthy dinner.
T,Th,Sat- Zumba and a work out video. We eat the same as M,W,F. Sometimes we go for a walk or walk the mall too.
What do you all do to shed the pounds after you hit a plateau?

Oops, forgot to add that we are going to be adding a gym membership either at the Y or at another local gym.
