Make a PB & J sandwich

Or use any type of nut butter. Preserves w/ no sugar added is healthiest.
Mix a squeeze of lemon juice, a teaspoon of fresh chopped dill, and a sprinkling of salt and pepper into plain low-fat yogurt (or sour cream would work too I think) serve with cucumbers cut lengthwise. I can't stand the texture of the outside of the cucumbers so I would cut these off.
