we're pretty close to a raw diet. But I have yet to want to eat raw meat. I don't like the texture.
Your diet reminds me a lot of what I was reading about raw diets. I wouldn't do the raw meat - ew. LOL! I have never tried sushi before, that may be good.
We have tried to move towards a raw diet many different times throughout the past year but it is really hard getting the girls to switch over since they weren't raised w/ it. Kailey is so dang frustrating w/ vegetables.

Funny, just yesterday I was telling my mom I'm considering going all raw and of course she says eeeewwww! raw meat!!! And I said, but do you think it's icky bc . . . and I was so proud of her for answering: bc it's actually icky or bc we were raised to think it's icky??
I'm considering and looking into it on Anne's advice though there are certain things I don't think I can give up!
Eating a lot of dried fruit, fresh fruit, nuts and salad though. I definitely think there's evidence that it's good for you, but I don't think I could do without bread nor eat eggs or mushrooms raw which is the main protein I eat as a vegetarian.
