So as a snack for the girls I have started dehydrating fruit and they eat it with their breakfast and then throughout the day whenever they want a snack. Super simple, easy and healthy They also eat sunflower seeds, pistachios and almonds!
Well my parents bought it for me like... a decade ago. I'm the "beef jerky" maker in the family But since reading about raw foods and how if you cook veggies and fruits above a certain temp ALL the nutrients are zapped out, SO.... I've started dehydrating stuff so it lasts longer (I don't like when bananas go brown ick..) and the girls have it for quick snacks!
