Following the paleo way of eating...

I wanted a snack late last night and I was craving bacon.

Fry some bacon, take out of pan, saute spinach & arugula (and you can also add any topping you like to saute like onions, garlic, peppers, mushrooms etc but I was too lazy to cut anything up).

Put a handful of fresh spinach and arugula on plate and top it with your spinach/arugula saute (in bacon grease!). Oh, I did sprinkle some garlic salt because I ♥ garlic but was too lazy to cut it up.

So I ate my bacon/spinach salad (delicious!!!!!!!!!!) with some bacon and an apple.

Did you know eating bacon and apples at the same time actually compliment each other?

Didn't know about that but I like spinach salad. Did you know that spinach is rich in vitamin K?
