A.)What is your interpretation of the Higher Self?
I feel that it is or could be unabridged me. I am not sure if that makes sense to anyone but me. Everything that makes me what I am but on a more divine level. My innermost sanctioned self.
B.) Write down what you hope to accomplish by the end of this course. This can be anything, not necessarily religious related. It can be to keep up on your house more, be more creative, learn to meditate, cook, garden, write, etc etc… anything you want to change about yourself for the better!
I hope to get a better understanding of myself and what my ideals are. I also hope to get my family and my life back on the right track and not sway from the path I believe I should be on. I hope to get my spiritual station out of limbo.

1.) Have you tried meditation in the past or are you currently meditating?
I meditate once a week for sure, and occasionally more if I am able to.
2.) What do you like/dislike about meditating?
Lack of time, even though it is really not a dislike of mine. I like the quietness I can get though when I do get to do it.
3.) What are your strengths and weaknesses in being able to accomplish finding time to meditate?
My weakness is my family and everyday life. My strength is my family too.
4.) What kind of meditating are you wanting to try, like guided meditations you find online or the meditation spot in your mind or the candle or anything else..?
I would like to try guided meditation, I have never done that before.
If you find it hard to meditate on your own, guided meditation can be an absolute revelation. Have you tried recording yourself reading out a meditation and then doing it from the recording, or having your partner or a friend read it out to you? That can be a good alternative if you can't get to a development group x
