It has occurred to me that I do not believe in superstitious magic. I don't believe that carrying around a piece of blue paper will make it rain (I just made that up). Or that the elder tree should be spared for the Goddess. The whole dang Earth is related, burn one thing it's the same as burning something else! So, for me, I don't believe in superstitious magic.
I believe in using trees, plants, rocks, crystals, oils - natural things that have natural energies and THEY can bring good luck or whatever, but not random passed down superstition. Not my thing.
I don't believe you shouldn't take money for magical workings. Magical workings can be things that heal people (homemade recipes) to readings for a living etc... It's a service, and as long as it's heartfelt and not a scandal I see no issue at all. Reiki, accupuncture, accupressure etc.. Yea, they get paid.
I don't believe in the part that you try every mundane thing first before you go to magic. Magic is apart of us and we should use it. It's like saying (IMO of course) that if you're right handed you should do everything with your right hand only first before you use your left hand to help you out. The physical and spiritual are equally apart of us, both should be used in sync with each other.

I'm going to play Devil's advocate. I find it interesting that you don't believe in superstitious magic, yet you believe in the magic of crystals, etc. What constitutes as magic? If someone strongly and truly believes that carrying around an amulet will bring them good luck with something (such as a job interview), and it "worked"...has magic been performed?

I don't believe in the threefold law per se, but I do believe in karma. Like the old adage, what goes around comes around. (eventually)

Crystals actually have an energy to them.
A peice of blue paper isn't natural, it's man made so it's different. The magic in this instance is the belief (minus the energy) that it'll work.

I don't believe in that.
Hmmm. I see what you're saying, but the mind is a powerful thing. It's amazing what a simple change in mindset can accomplish. (healing from disease as an example)
I do agree that in this case it's (probably) a different form of "magic"
I think that falls more under affirmations, which I do believe, but it's different from actually manipulating energy physically, it's a mindset (which works too) - it's just different.
I don't wear anything, usually in the bath or shower or if not in water wear everyday clothing
you point your finger at that person and say something in rhyme, you could really do some damage. Even if you are just kidding, you could hurt that person psychologically.
Um...... not so much. It's a little more intricate than that.
