In pregnancy have you had many aches and pains? If so, did anything relieve them? (Cuz I'm in super amounts of pain tonight...add that to the depression I always get in the third trimester and I can imagine I'll be super cranky, though my depression is not constant it is like a mood swing, it is gone atm.)

Sorry you're having a hard time. Each of my pregnancies have been different as far as types and levels of pain. Warm baths, naps, light exercise, a glass of wine... these are things that have helped me. (I realize the idea of drinking any alcohol during pregnancy is scandalous to some, so feel free to ignore that last bit if it offends you!)

Yeah, the pain has been different for me in each pregnancy, the depression though hasn't. My level of awareness of it has though, and that makes a difference. I mean I realized I was depressed with Courtney, but I thought I was scared because I worked making cookies and was 19 and for part of the time Nick didn't have a job. I later realized though that no it was totally just the pregnancy, cuz it happens every time. (None of those issues with Rock, totally was in the best financial spot I've ever been in, knew about being a Mom and still TOTALLY down.)

As for the alcohol, "a" glass of wine I think is pretty much proven fine, it's the like 5 glasses that is more than I've ever had at one time to begin with that would be an issue. The exercise I think is what's causing my pain...if I sit around doing nothing, I don't hurt as bad...however, I have life to live, so that won't be happening. Thanks for the suggestions.
