Do you have a tattoo? I always feel like the only person without a tattoo on JM, but I haven't heard about it on this board as much as I do elsewhere, so I just got curious.

Not yet, but I'd like one. I just can't make up my mind about the image I want.

I bought DH one for his Grad from University. Here's a picture of it. It wasn't quite finished here, there are some more details added to the open spaces now.

I haven't gotten one but I might in the future, I dunno though. It's a hard decision for me so I might not go through with it. I know what I would get...A Celtic cross for my brother who passed in 2010.

I have one, but it was badly done and is now so faded you probably wouldn't notice it. I'd like to get it covered some day, but it isn't high on my priority list right now.

The wimp and cheapness of it have nothing to do with why I don't...they have 0 appeal for me.

Tattoos have zero appeal to me too. I also dislike needles. I couldn't look when the nurses were drawing my blood during my pregnancies and that was for a couple minutes.. sitting for a long time VOLUNTARILY for that would be pure torture for me.

Actually, tattoos on men are a huge turn-off for me

I do not although I have been tempted to many times. Needles do not bother me in the least. I would never get one though unless I was really serious and happy with the image and because ideas I have for tatoos come and go it is an indication to me that I should not get one. DH doesn't have any and doesn't have any desire to get one and doesnt particularly care for them so for that reason alone I probably never will.

I don't have any. I'm not a huge fan of them overall. But even more, I can't decide on what I would want on my body FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. lol. I have no problem committing to my husband in marriage, but tatoo - no way! I have commitment issues there. lol

I don't have any. I never wanted them before at all, but lately I've been leaning towards the possibility of getting a small one. I want something in honour of my daughter's disability. I can't really explain why but it feels important to me; sort of like having a little badge of strength to remind me to believe that anything is possible, even on rough days.

I have 7.
#1 a tiny moon for a friend who passed.
#2 my name with hearts to always remind me who I am.
#3 a red rose with a heart and my husband's initials
#4 chinese symbols that say "Always in my heart" for our miscarriage w/ birth date
#5 Tinkerbell for a friend who passed.
#6 my sons footprint at birth with his name and birthdate
#7 my daughters footprint at birth with her name and birthdate

All of mine have special meaning and signifigance, and I do not regret them.
