I know that I am getting a baby belly before most people. I knew that it was going to happen. It happened to my mom and I am built exactly like her! It was inevitable. So a lady that I work with who knows I am pregnant asked me if I was having TWINS! I am NOT that big! Honestly I am so angry she would say that. I have told her about my ultrasounds. I swear I told her I knew it was only one baby. I know a lot of it is because I am pregnant...but I don't really want to talk to her anymore. Other teachers that know have said I am looking cute and whatnot but they know I have been sick and loosing weight. They know my belly is mostly baby. I shouldn't really be offended, but it was mean...I feel like a fatty now.

People say the weirdest stuff when your pregnant. I'm sure you look great Rachel.

I had a guy ask me if I was having twins when I was about 8 months along. I was feeling fat but I didn't think I was that fat. I don't know why he was asking me that because his wife was pregnant too and she was huge and obese.

Anyway, I can't wait to see you baby bump. Hopefully, you will post some pics.

I think you look great Rachel! I can't believe that someone would ask you that!

My belly got really huge when I was pregnant and I got loads of remarks about it...some were down right rude. I don't know what it is about pregnancy, but people think it's suddenly appropriate to make comments about your size. Weird. Anyway you look great, and there's no reason for you to feel bad about your belly...clearly the bump is from baby and that's something to be proud of!

You look great Rachel! I could go on and on with the stupidity of people. ESPECIALLY people who have been pregnant before and should know what is okay to say. Ugh. Just brush it off. You never know, maybe she's super jealous of your cute little baby bump.

I think you look great! As the others have said, don't let it get to you. I know that can be easier said than done. I had similar comments when I was around that stage because that's when I started getting a bit of a belly too, and the comments have only gotten worse since. I can't count how many times I've gotten "you're due in MAY!? I would have sworn it was tomorrow!."
