Jacalyn had a c-section last night, but is now doing fine, along with her son. Labor and delivery didn't go as planned, but they got the job done. Both she and Julian are resting and recuperating in the hospital. Julian Leslie Pearce, born at 7:54pm on Monday, May 16, 2011, weighed 8 pounds 15.8 ounces and is 21 1/2 inches long and his first cries were just plain amazing to hear.

Yay! SO exciting! I'm so glad that he's here safe and healthy. Good luck with recovery Jackie! Sounds a little like my first baby. Not as expected, but everything was fine. (((HUGS))) to your little family.
