What do you ladies do? Do you work, stay home, work from home?

I work two jobs. My first Monday-Friday is at Creme de la Creme where I am the Director of Administration. My second job is every other Saturday and Sunday at a hospital where I do Newborn Hearing Screening.

I do not particullary like what I do at the childcare center. The hours stink for a single mom and my boss is "odd" to work for. She is nice, but you can tell she doesn't really care about people. We can't seem to develop a good "working" relationship. I LOVE what I do at the hospital; the hearing screening is what I hope my career oneday consists of as full time. There is a small possibility it will become a reality within the next few months (as my coordinator applied for a job outside of this area and wants to recommend me for her job) but it's not guaranteed. I hope it does come available though...I want it very badly!

I'm a stay at home mom. I spend all my time homeschooling the kids. Pay sucks, benefits can be so-so depending on the kid and their mood lol

For right now DH and I are both at home parents. DH is really trying to find a job since he just finished his PhD a couple of months ago. I will be applying to be a substitute teacher next week so that we have some income coming in.

I'm a SAHM and I like it very much. Before Victor was born I worked in HR as a compensation analyst. I liked that very much, and there are things I miss about working, but overall I'd rather be home with Victor.

SAHM. I never had a job I really liked, I was just doing things because I needed a job, so this works perfectly for me!

I am a SAHM I hated working full time as a single mom. My aoptive kids were rough on employment, counciling appointments, getting kicked out of school and daycare, getting sick.

I finally gave it up to homeschool my difficult kids. I love homeschooling and have started with Scarlett.
