We had a pediatrician appointment for Marsi today. DH worked for me today subbing because he doesn't do doctor appointments well. We all go to appointments hoping and praying that the outcome will be that baby is perfect and to see them in 2 months. Unfortunately the appointment today means that Marsi has 2 more appointments with 2 different specialists over the next 2 weeks. First, Marsi might have Craniosynostosis and we have to see a cranial surgeon to see if we need surgery to fix the fused suture. The second one (and the more scary one for me) is that Marsi's heart murmur has gotten worse instead of better. We go into the cardiologist for an echocardiogram on Monday to see the prognosis on her heart.
Because of this, I am finding it hard to put her down. She is either napping (sometimes in my arms) or in my arms because I can't seem to let her go. I am so scared to loose her. Everything else seems good with her so I shouldn't be as concerned as I am. but logic seems to have no effect on me right now. Please send us your thoughts and prayers.
