I took Marsi to the library yesterday and realized that she really doesn't have social skills! I know a lot is about age, but I would love tips to be able to teach her things. I know I will be consistent about taking her to the library for toddler times and she is in nursery now so at least 3 days a week she has to learn to deal with other kiddos.

Don't worry about it at all. There is nothing to teach. Simply being around others will do it. At one kids just don't tend to interact really. Side by side parallel play is normal.

It is more that Marsi tries to take things from other kids and throw things.

That's totally normal! Just tell her no and move on. After 9,567 times, she'll get it.
