Come vote in toddler idol! ryen is the one with the cakey face...but you don't have to vote for her i suppose voting ends the 16th and 9:00 pm...

and my question. when did you ladies get your taxes done? my dh had an accountant do them, and by yesterday, they still weren't done! he should have let me do them myself just like last year. i'll be so irritated if they aren't sent off tomorrow!

That doesn't seem right. I would think that if you got them done professionally they would make sure to get them done in time. We did our taxes on Turbo Tax in February and got out return a few weeks later. Have you bugged the accountant about it? I would.

dh called him yesterday morning and supposedly he was "working" on them right then...i guess we'll find out for sure tomorrow.

We also did ours by turbo tax in jan-feb timeframe and got ours within a couple of weeks as well. My parents have theirs done by the accountants and they are usually better than that. I am sorry.

do you live next to a college? we always get ours done free by the accounting students in the business buildings.

we have an extension in our town...but i never thought of seeing if an accounting student would do it. i've done the taxes at home every year since we got married. i don't see why he wanted them done differently this year. it's just stupid...and i haven't heard back from dh to see if they did get done or if we have to file an extension. grrr. why do men think they need to controll everything!?

I sent in the extension request form yesterday. We finally got around to applying for Fritz's social security number Friday so we have to wait for that to actually file. They are done, just minus Fritz's social.

We got our taxes done on base in February. I've already spent our refund, lol.
