The day started early at 6 am, when I went to the hospital.
It was very scary before the csection, I was freaking out. I freaked out even worse when the anesthesiologist told me he was not going to give me any anxiety meds. My anxiety level was through the roof, and I could not stop crying. My doctor then came in, and they wheeled me into the OR
They gave me the spinal, and he got it in first shot, which is awesome since with DS it took the lady over 5 x. This guy was amazing. I was still refusing to have a baby at this point, asking if I could come back at a different point when I was less anxious!
Dh heard my Dr arguing with the anesthesiologist outside the OR about giving me meds. He refused to give them since he said he was responsible for me and the baby, and he refused to give them.
I got REALLY sick and nauseous after the spinal was given. I felt as if I was going to pass out, and kept yelling that. They kept telling me I cant "pass out" If I am lying down, which now I think is pretty funny!
I got oddly calm, and DH came in. I thought they just let him in early, and I had no idea Hunter was about to be born, I had no idea they were cutting!
Then I heard the Cry. It was amazing. I did not get to hear a cry when DS was born since I was put under. The moment I heard him cry I knew I was in love!
Dh got to cut the cord, which he was so happy about since he also didnt see DS when he was born.
It was just awesome, and I was on cloud nine!
