As expected it was pretty uneventful. I spoke with the nurse for a while and got my payment stuff set up and then had my blood work done. When I first got there I had to go pee really bad (What else is new?) so they let me go ahead and pee in the cup. When I walked out the nurse had apparently tested my urine because she goes, "Congratulations! You're pregnant!"

I did get my u/s scheduled, and it will be on October 18. Then my appointment with my doctor will be October 28.

I glad it went well, and congratulations on being pregnant!

I had to go to planned parenthood to get a pregnancy confirmation and it was hilarious when the nurse brought me back because she thought I had no idea I was actually pregnant. She sits me down and says "Well, your test came out positive. It looks like your about 4 1/2 weeks along. Do you want to continue with the pregnancy?" I'm like, "uhh....yeah!" Then I text DH to let him know it came out + and he goes "Oh, wow, what a shock!"

Doesn't October seem like FOREVER away still?
