I have this problem where I like to know everyone by their first name and not by their screen name.  I can't help it.
What's your first name and tell us what your screen name means.

My first name is Michelle and my screen name "mico" is the first two letters of my first and last names. It is a nickname one of my friends gave me!

I'm Kim. I've always called my husband TQ (the Q is part of our last name), so my cousin started calling me KQ to match. That name was already taken on JM, so I added the M which is my middle initial and voila!

I'm Angela. So I married A Nerd was picked because we were in China living when I joined JM and I was learning about Charting and planning on TTC. My husband (engineer) made a ton of spreedsheets and charts and grafts for me to use while just doing the Preparing stuff! LOL He is a nerd.

My name is Amy. Mine is sort of obvious...except for a twist. Our last name is Wilson and we have been together since 2003. However, legally, my last name is not Wilson. We have been together for 7 years, filed a bankruptcy that marries us legally and obviously meet the common law marriage in our state - but technically not married and I haven't changed my last name. It just wasn't a priority after our bankruptcy (and limited funds!). Now we are planning a justice of the peace thing sometime before the baby comes, lol.

For the Bankruptcy. we filed jointly and both "agreed" in testimony that we are married per the common laws of our state...and now we file joint tax returns, lol. Because of that, if we ever wanted to split and file seperate tax returns again, we would have to have a legal divorce. Weird, huh?

Yes! Maryland doesn't recognize the common law marriage so that might be why it never came up for me.

When I first registered with JM in 2004, my username was rawisner which was like you, my first initial, middle name initial and last name (at the time). I had to change it since I went back to using my maiden name.
