Happy New Year everyone!! Did anyone make any New Year's resolutions? We can't exactly resolve to lose weight or get in shape for most of the year, but there has to be some other good resolution ideas What is yours?

So I made a few resolutions:

1. To use my elliptical at least 4 days a week
2. To have completely quit smoking by the end of this month - if it was as easy as some people believe it is I would have quit a long time ago. A month to quit is going to be difficult but I am determined to do it this time.
3. To stop stressing out over issues I have no control over - I'm really bad at doing that.
4. To have a 'family night' once a week and not a couple times a month

To declutter and to stop holding onto stuff.... I need to program my brain that items do not have sentimental value, memories do.....

Happy New Year! I never make resolutions, but I am planning to re-start my 365 blog this year.

#1 take more pictures of my kids/family
#2 eat as healthy as possible this pregnancy
#3 work out several x a week to stay healthy!
#4 be more thrifty, pay off some credit cards.

To reduce waste. I throw out so much produce, bread products, & dairy that have spoiled each week that it's ridiculous. It's poor meal planning on my part, & lack of acknowledgement of those less fortunate.
