Am I crazy?
What do you think of Hannah Grace? Nickname Hanny? If this is a girl, she will be our fourth girl and we have a small theme going.
Abigail Faith (Abby)
Emily Mabel (Emmy)
Madison Katherine (Maddy)
So do think Hannah Grace (Hanny) fits in?
Haven't asked DH yet and still thinking of boys names, I just know the boy will have a middle name of William.

Wow-----Hannah Grace is our #1 top girl name . So, yes I absolutely love that name! I wouldn't use Hanny as a nickname though.....

I love Hannah Grace. I'm not sure about Hanny as a nickname though.

I just ran this by DH and he likes Hannah Grace but doesn't like Hanny. He is also doesn't like the idea of the first thing that comes to his mind when he thinks of Hannah which is Hannah Montana. He said that kinda wrecked the name for him.

I love the name Hannah and my second daughter's middle name is Grace, so I think it's a great combination. My first daughter is Abigail too, so I love your taste in names

It's pretty. but I don't usually pick a name based on what the nickname will be LOL But if you like it that's all that matters!

My niece is Hannah and I've been playing around with Grace as a middle name this time. I love both!
What's your pattern you're going by?

I have always loved both Hannah and Grace so I think it's perfect.

IMO, it's NEVER too early to pick out a name! Naming a child is serious business and takes a ton of time! With that said, we've been throwing names around, but I'm not going to get too serious until we (hopefully) find out the gender. So, at least we only have to throw one set of names around.
Your names are very nice! Hannah Grace fits in nicely

I think Hannah Grace is a great name. I'm biased though, I know two of them!
I work with one, and my friend's daughter has that name.

I think it's very pretty, but agree that "Hanny" doesn't sound right. My son has a friend named "Ellie" that I think is really cute and fits with your pattern. I guess there are several names that could be shortened to Ellie...
ETA....what if you called her Grace Hannah and her nickname would be "Gracie"?

I agree that I really like the name Hannah Grace but don't really care for Hanny (The first thing that came to mind was Hanny Manny).
What about just naming her a name that ends in the ie sound so she gets the same effect, such as Kinley or something like that.

I like Hannah Grace, but it's obviously a very popular name! I like the Ellie suggestion. There are lots of names that you could use with the nickname Ellie: Elizabeth, Elise, Elisa, Elena, Ellery... and the list goes on!

It does seem like there are a lot of Hannah Grace's! It's a cute name, but if you're trying to find a nickname with the "ee" sound, I agree that Ellie is cute with lots of options. There are tons out there, I hope you find something you like!

I love Hannah but I wouldn't want my kid to be one of a dozen in her class. I think Hanny sounds odd as a nickname. Maybe Annie or Nay Nay, lol.
For a Girl: I think I'm in love with Lila or Lilith Grace, but middle name grace is become very popular, so....back to the drawing board on the middle name.
For a boy: I likle Wyatt, Blair, Ainsley

My friend's name is Hannah and she gets called "Annie" for short. She loves it. She loves surprising people when she tells them her full name lol.
I think it's a very pretty name.
