Yes, because hosts weren't put up till the end of the month of February. I was told by a little birdie (ahem, admin) that we had 5,000 more posts than any other board on JM in February.

It's posted on the host board and I think at the end of the month, it's announced on the main JM page. It's to see which board gets the most posts per member ratio and has the most interesting topics. We didn't enter for January, but I found out that we would have won had we entered. We're in it for February, though.
