I have been miserable since Sunday morning with an annoying dry cough that has now turned unto a chest cold. I feel like crap and cant stop coughing. Havent slept in 2 night for all the coughing. OB said it was ok to take Robitussin DM for the cough. I took my first dose this morning but now I feel guilty for it. I know some of you have been sick with colds and such. Did yall take anything while you was sick? Did you feel guilty for doing it?

I did the robotussin DM, and I've done perscriptions and tylenol cold too... you and baby will be better for taking it.

I have a cold right now. I am using Vicks vapor rub on my chest & throat and under my nose. Also cough drops.
I also got the go ahead to use Afrin nasal spray---but only at night.

I think you're fine. I did Musinex DM when my cold was bad back in December/January.

When I first found out I was pregnant I was terribly sick. I was taking sudafed and robitussin for my cough. I just got oer having a cold and took sudafed. It help so so so much!
