If so, were you at all? I'm just curious because when I came in to L&D they checked me, just in case, and I'm dilated to 1. Not worried as at 30wks with my first I was 3cm and stayed there until I was induced. Just wondering if anyone else is already dilating a little.

Yep, with my bleeding fiasco last week, I was checked THREE times...twice at the hospital and then once the next day by my doctor. When my doc checked me, he said that I was a 1 outside and closed inside? But he said my cervix is still really high and long and the dialation is normal for someone who's already had two babies so I'm not worried.

i think he checks that i that person that has to write down what to ask cause ..i dont ever go to the doctor normally and dont really know what to askk i guess

I've had my cervical length checked. I expect to start getting checked for dilation around 28 weeks, unless I present with reasons sooner (hoping I won't).

oh i fyou were checked you'd know. it's two fingers inserted in your vagina, nothing normall till at least 36 weeks unless something is up

as of a week and a half ago my cervix was 2.1cm and closed. I will find out again on Thursday.

Same though I'll probably end up doing a few self checks around 37 weeks.
