I'm still at the gym 4-5 days a week right now.
I'm swimming about 1km a day... and on alternate weeks i'm doing yoga and weighted(8lb dumbells) uphill walking for about 5km.
All of that and somehow the weight is still packing on like thin is going out of style

!! What is up with that

?? have I been sleepwalking to the store and gorging on junk food in the middle of the night with no memory of it in the morning??
Anyone else in the same boat? How are you all keeping the excessive weight gain down and under control??
