It's a more milk special blend of herbs that increases your milk production. And let me tell you, holy cow do I have milk! I recommend this to anyone who has had an issue.

Is there fenugreek in it? I'm willing to bet there is; I took that as I was losing my supply with DD. Have you noticed a maple syrup smell in your sweat/milk/urine? Fenugreek is what they make artificial maple syrup from. But it really is touted as one of the best things to increase milk production. I'm so glad it's working so well for you!
