So I think I just had two mild contractions. They were mildly painful, but I wasn't in agony. I told DH about it, and he instantly pulled up this website: Contraction Master: Your FREE, online contraction timing assistant! and is ready to go!

In the meantime, however, he kissed my belly and started talking to Kaylee. He told her how busy of a week he has at work and he also has a PT test this weekend. "So...if you could wait like, 8 more days, that'd be great sweetheart. Thanks. Love, Daddy"

your dh is soo cute!! im sure if my hubby used the internet more he'd do the same thing..hes the one panicking that im in labor! LOL.. he has his pt test after he returns from paternity leave..how fun is that gonna be..lol!!

I have it as part of my iphone app, and totally plan on using it.

As an aside, my dad tracked my mom's contractions in military time on a brown paper lunch bag when my sister was born (first child). They kept the bag and it is the first thing in her baby album, which is awfully cute.

I was the third child and they never bothered to take my baby album out of the plastic wrapper!

If I used a contraction monitor though, Sophia would likely be born in the van on the way to the hospital My labours seem to progress very fast once the contractions become regular, and I live 1.5 hours from the hospital! lol.

DH missed the last PT test due to a recent surgery, so this is the make up test. Unless I will be having the baby on Sunday, I will MAKE him go take his test!

That is incredibly cute!! Military time? My DH always uses military time and it drives me nuts!

Yikes! Does that stress you out at all? I'd feel like I have to go in after the first contraction!

I love the ctx timers. Gives me something to do in early labor.
