Well, actually I'm 32 weeks, 4 days. Heart beat sounded good, but I measured big (with the tape measure). He was a little concerned and got me in for an ultrasound. The ultrasound tech wasn't aware, until I questioned the front desk about 30 min later. She did all her measurements and baby weighs just about 4 1/2 lbs! My doctor said that is perfect and she isn't measuring big. He said it is just the way I'm carrying. She is still head down in fetal position with her abdomen favoring the right side of my belly.
Oh, I lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks. I haven't been as hungry, but I'm still eating. I just don't eat the same portions. Doctor wasn't concerned at all. So now I up 20 lbs overall, instead of the 25. Could have been the clothes I was wearing too.
I go back in 3 weeks for my 35 week appointment and then every week after that. They will do another growth ultrasound at 36 weeks.

It's crazy she is 4.5 pounds already. I really can't wait until Monday to see What Alaina is at. I will be 33 weeks. But at 30 weeks she was only 2 pounds 11 ounces.
Oh and yay about the weight loss, that's awesome, especially since they aren't worried about it.
Sounds like a great appointment!!! I'm sure my Dr. would love it if I lost 5 lbs. LOL! I am measuring big too and the baby they said is measuring a little big, ahead by about a week but not a big deal. She was 3 lbs. 12 oz. at 30W6D.

Yay for a good appointment! I wouldn't worry about measuring big with the tape anyways, I was always a good month ahead of schedule with the darn tape with my 2nd DD they had me scared soo bad that she was a very large baby....poor thing wasn't even 8lbs and looked SOO small lol.

4.5 at 32 weeks seems big to me but maybe I'm off on that.
Actually, I thought the same thing, but he said she looks great and right on track. All the sites online say at 32 weeks the baby should be around 4lbs.
Yay! Sounds great Marika! That is really great that you got a surprise sneak peak at Savannah! I can't wait for my next appointment to see how much Parker weights. That's also pretty great that you lost 5 pounds, I sure wish I could! I gained your 5 pounds for you!
