I had carpal tunnel surgery on my left hand on wednesday (I go for my right hand in a few weeks)....and let me tell you--I thoroughly enjoyed general anesthesia. I had never had it before. The last thing I remember was them telling me they were starting the IV and all I remember thinking was "hmm...wonder how long this takes to kick in.." and next thing I knew, they were waking me and saying they were finished. I couldn't believe it! Such a cool feeling!
Anyway, I am recovering well. Good thing, Kelsey is just a little peanut and isn't too heavy since I am really not supposed to be lifting.

I hope your recovery for both hands is easy peasy!

I've only "gone under" once to have my wisdom teeth removed. I remember them doing the IV and such then hubby wheeling me out with a sore mouth lol

my wisdom teeth were my only experience too, and it was about the same for me. Except that with the first ones (I had 2 different surgeries for my teeth, lowers first, and then uppers the next year) I was SO SICK for about 5 hours afterward.

Hope your recovery is easy!

Glad it went well! Speedy recovery! I've heard great things from those I've known that got the surgery were sooo much better afterwards!
